Delivery
Shipping Area
We ship our products exclusively to addresses in Denmark, excluding Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and non-bridged islands.
Shipping Time
We undertake to deliver the ordered goods within 5 days after the order is placed, unless a different delivery date has been expressly agreed.
If we are unable to deliver within 5 days, you will be informed in writing and a new delivery date will be provided within a reasonable time. If this new delivery period is also exceeded, you have the right to cancel the order.
Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries of the ordered goods in the event of temporary unavailability or delivery delays. You will be informed if a partial delivery is made.
Delivery Address
Goods delivered by freight carrier are generally delivered curbside, on solid ground and at street level. Packages sent via parcel distributor are delivered to your door or to a selected pickup point.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for your order depends on the types of goods ordered. The shipping amount will be shown in the cart as items are added.
Checking Your Order
You must inspect your goods immediately upon receiving the shipment. If there is visible damage to the shipment, you must note this on the delivery note when signing for receipt.
If you discover that the goods are damaged, you must notify us immediately – and no later than within 2 business days – as failure to do so may result in loss of the right to make a claim for transport damage.
Delivery Problems
If delivery is delayed because you unreasonably refuse to accept the goods or have not collected them within a reasonable period, we have the right to cancel the agreement. In such case, the amount you have already paid will be refunded, however with a deduction of compensation of up to 20% for the reasonable administrative costs incurred.
Responsibility and Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you at the moment of delivery.
